Travel Fees — Up to 200 km
Minimum 60-minute session or group booking required for travel.
Travel fees are subject to change in line with current fuel prices — confirmed at booking.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required to confirm all bookings.
Online sessions: refundable with at least 48 hours' notice.
Travel sessions: refundable with at least 72 hours' notice.
Cancellations inside these windows forfeit the payment. Reschedules within the same notice are honoured at no charge.
Product Shipping: Flat rate of $20 for shipping any physical product. Client is responsible for any border/customs fees if applicable.
